All services are tailored to the needs of each Client, as agreed in advance through consultation, proposal, or service package selection.
Payments for services must be made in accordance with the terms agreed in advance. Invoices are issued electronically and can be paid via:
SEPA transfers
International wire transfers
Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
Direct website checkout (coming soon)
The Company reserves the right to offer refunds under specific circumstances, as outlined in our Refund Policy. Refund requests must be made in writing within the stated timeframes. Refunds are processed within 7 (seven) business days once approved.
The Company reserves the right to alter, update, amend, enhance, or discontinue any part of the website, services, or content at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services or website functionality.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Primecode Solutions LTD and its representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

Any breach of third-party rights caused by your use of the services
If you wish to cancel a service, you must notify us in writing. For ongoing subscription or support services, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a billing cycle once payment has been processed, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Refund Policy.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions, the website (https://primecode-studio.com), or its services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
